Why we process personal data
Your personal data is processed by Macotruck for the following purposes and legal grounds:
- To be able to participate in the activities of Macotruck; (performance agreement);
- Sending newsletters and invitations. (consent of the involved party).
We only use the collected data for the purposes for which we have obtained the data.

The data you provide to us can be provided to third parties if this is necessary for the implementation of the above-described purposes.
Zo maken wij gebruik van een derde partij voor: het verzorgen van nieuwsbrieven en uitnodigingen.
Wij geven nooit persoonsgegevens door aan andere partijen waarmee we geen verwerkersovereenkomst hebben afgesloten.
Met deze partijen maken wij hierin uiteraard de nodige afspraken om de beveiliging van uw persoonsgegevens te waarborgen.

Retention period
Macotruck stores personal data for a maximum of 5 years after last use for the purpose for which they were provided or as required by law.
